Sons of the Forest is the long-awaited sequel to The Forest. A multiplayer (or single player, albeit always with an AI-controlled character) experience that arrives tomorrow exclusively for Steam and in early access, although many of us thought it would be complete. But, how much does it cost?
It is a strange situation, and it is that although it is unlocked in barely 22 hours, there is no option to buy it. This means that less than a day after its launch in early accessWe don’t know what its price is. However, the only reference to the price of the game is in Twitteris, as far as we know, official and doesn’t seem to have been changed (because no mention has been made of it).
If we look at the official profile of the indie team, Sons of the Forest will be released tomorrow at a price of €29.99. Still, it should be noted that We are talking about a tweet published on August 31before even deciding that the game will come in early access.
If we look at the most recent publications of the Canadian study, there is no mention of the price or why has not been updated the steam store. Even so, it is worth mentioning that, as confirmed on the page itself, the game will not go up in price once it leaves early access, something extremely rare in these types of projects.
We hope that this price will not change when it launches tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Be that as it may, the game has managed to unseat Starfield as the most anticipated game on Steam this February, an achievement that no one anticipated.
