April is being a very powerful month for fans of huge blockbusters. With the arrival of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the sequel to Fallen Order, and the resurgence of Dead Island 2 to tell us, ironically, that it is not dead, powerful titles are coming. Of course, leading games need updated graphics card driversand NVIDIA has already launched its own to deal with these releases.
With new releases, and especially considering the recent issues we are seeing on PC, it is very important to reduce the possibility of having performance issues. For this, it is always advised to have your GPU drivers up to date, and this is a very important week for you to do so.
And it is that keeping your drivers updated is a very, very simple task. If you are somewhat lost, don’t worry, I’ll guide you step by step! To start, yes, you have to check if you have installed NVIDIA GeForce Experience, the client of the green team that will make this process even easier. If so, open it, go to the drivers section and there you can install them.
If, on the other hand, you still don’t have it, the first thing I’m going to do is advise you to install it from the official NVIDIA website. Of course, you do not need it to update, and if you prefer to do it manually, you just have to go to the NVIDIA drivers page, choose your graphics card and select Game Ready in the type of drivers.
Whichever option you choose, the important thing is to have your NVIDIA GPU up to date to be able to enjoy these new great games without performance problems that you could avoid. Now, what you have to do is arm yourself with patience and wait for them to arrive. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released on April 28, while Dead Island 2 arrives on the 21st of this month.
