Without a doubt, one of the events that fans of the Diablo saga are most looking forward to this year is the launch of Diablo 4. What’s new from Blizzard is preparing for its open beta and, although we already knew its date, today we have a lot more information about it. It’s time to talk about what time it starts, the classes available, the type of content we can access and the rewards for participating.

And it is that Blizzard wants us to know well what we can expect from the first open test that its new hit is going to give us. Whether thanks to early access or pulling beta, you’re going to have a lot to chew of the expected RPG when the doors open next March.

Diablo 4 open beta date and time

As we discussed earlier, Diablo 4 will have two different dates for your first tests. Early Access, for those who pre-ordered the game, and the Open Beta will occur on different weekends, but will have the same duration and content. On the other hand, we know that there will be a way to do a pre-downloadbut Blizzard has not yet clarified when they will enable it.

  • Early access will start on March 17 at 6:00 p.m. (peninsular time) and will close its doors on March 20 at 9:00 p.m. (peninsular time).
  • The open beta will start on March 24 at 6:00 p.m. (peninsular time) and will end on March 27 at 9:00 p.m. (peninsular time)

As Blizzard has informed us through an official statement, the contents will also vary depending on whether we participate in the beta or early access. The classes available during early access weekend will be as follows:

  • Barbarian
  • Rogue
  • Magician

On the other hand, this range will expand in the free weekend, which will have two more classes:

  • Barbarian
  • Rogue
  • Magician
  • Druid
  • Necromancer

Each account can create a maximum of 10 characters, and all can reach up to level 25 during the free trial. This will include the prologue and all of Act 1 of the title, in which you will be able to explore the entire first area of ​​the title: the Broken Peaks. Of course, keep in mind that progress will be erased once March 27 rolls around, whether you’ve participated in early access or tried the game in open beta.

Apart from being able to try one of the most anticipated RPGs of the generation, Blizzard wants to give you gifts for what you do during open testing. Below you have the list of all the rewards that you can unlock depending on your actions during those two weekends.

  • Title “Initial low”: You can get it when you arrive in Kyovashad for the first time.
  • Title “Early Scan”: Reach level 20 with a character.
  • Beta Wolf Pack cosmetic item: You will also get it when you reach level 20.
