Call of Duty sets a date for its season 2 and details the news that will come to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0

Since its arrival in 2022, Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 have been the pillars of Activision, both on consoles and on PC. The new version of its battle royale, now with a “Tarkov” mode, and the new premium Call of Duty experience are two main names for the company, and keep them updated and fresh it’s crucial. Today, we finally know when its second season will premiere, and it won’t be long in coming.

Via the official Call of Duty Twitter account, the developers at Infinity Ward have finally made the announcement that all fans of the military shooter franchise have been waiting for. The second season of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 will be available in mid-February this year.

Will be on february 15 the day chosen by the Activision studio to bring a lot of news to both video games. The most important of these will be return of resurgence mode, plus a smaller map for Warzone 2.0. Additionally, competitive ranked matches will be available in Modern Warfare II, along with new maps, modes, weapons, and more.

The question that remains among Warzone users is whether the news also they will reach DMZ mode, the great addition of this new installment that has turned out to be very popular among players.
